Timberland Partners is actively pursuing well-located acquisition opportunities throughout the Midwestern and Southwestern United States. Timberland Partners has an in-depth knowledge of apartment markets throughout the country with the ability to underwrite and ultimately close acquisitions in a timely and diligent manner.
Timberland Partners will consider all types of multifamily asset classes. We generally focus on acquiring properties priced below replacement cost with opportunities to reposition in the marketplace by executing our “value-add” business plan. On the other hand, we also acquire stable properties with steady cash flows as well whose values can be improved upon by implementing a professional management team and controlling operating expenses.
