TIMBERLAND PARTNERS 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Timberland Partners, we strive to be the best apartment management company in the industry.  To be the best, our apartment homes need to be spotless and our residents need to be satisfied with their new home.  We’re so sure you’re going to be pleased with your home that we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied with your new home for any reason, you may move without penalty during the first 30 days of your lease. 


HOW DOES THE 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE WORK?
 
Residents must notify the office in writing within 24 hours of move in, including the reason for the dissatisfaction (a move-in starts when the resident(s) takes possession of the apartment keys).  Timberland Partners will have seven (7) business days to resolve the reason for dissatisfaction before the apartment may be vacated.  If the reason for dissatisfaction is resolved, the resident(s) will be responsible for the lease.  Apartment appliances, carpet, and finishes may vary in color and model from the model apartment or the apartment originally shown, and as such, are exempt from the guarantee.


WHAT ABOUT THE MOVE-IN FEES AND DEPOSITS?
 
The security deposit will be refunded, less damages and concessions, after move out, in compliance with state requirements.  If the resident(s) purchased a surety bond in place of a security deposit, this cost will not be refunded, but may be transferred to another Timberland Partners community, if a transfer takes place.  The resident(s) will be charged if the apartment sustained any damages or received any concessions.  In addition, the resident(s) will be responsible for rent, pet rent, garage rent, storage rent, utilities, and other extra fees for the days that apartment is occupied.  The pet deposit will be refunded, less any damages, but the application fees, administrative fee, pet fees, and other miscellaneous fees are non-refundable.  


WHY DO WE OFFER A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?  
 
Timberland Partners believes that our residents are the foundation of our company and we want to provide an excellent living experience for our residents.  We take great pride in being able to provide a knowledgeable, friendly team to welcome residents to the community and make the move as seamless and enjoyable as possible.  If we are unable to meet expectation of the resident(s), they may also transfer to a different apartment within the community or another Timberland Partners community pending availability. The transfer fee will be waived.
